Sr. Pastor, Michael Veneman
Pastor Mike was born and raised in Modesto CA. in the central San Joaquin Valley. Raised in a Christian home, he put his faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 10. In 1984 he married his high school friend and sweetheart, Tracy. Together they now have 4 children.

In 1993, the Veneman family moved to the foothill town of Valley Springs CA. They attended and served at Calvary Chapel Valley Springs until 2005. In July of 2005, Pastor Mike answered the Lord's call to serve Him as senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Livermore in the San Francisco East Bay area.

Pastor Mike believes the Lord had called him to preach the truth of God's Word without compromise and serve the people of the East Bay area. The biblical basis for the church of Calvary Chapel Livermore is found in Acts 2:42.

"And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers."

Pastor Toby Will was ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ on December 7, 2008 at Calvary Chapel Livermore.  He gave his life to serve and follow the Lord Jesus Christ in October of 1999.  Pastor Toby attended and served at Calvary Chapel Modesto where he taught Inductive Bible Study and various courses for the Bible College extension campus.  In 2007, Pastor Toby brought his family to Livermore to help establish the new work at Calvary Chapel.  With a fervent desire to serve and assist, he exercises his gifts from the Holy Spirit to teach and preach and exhort.

An employee of the City of Stockton, Pastor Toby is a Homicide Sergeant within the detective division of investigations.  In addition to his law enforcement duties, he regularly teaches the "through the Bible" study on Sunday evenings at Calvary Livermore and a regular Tuesday Noon Bible study with various employees of the City of Stockton and the District Attorney's office of San Joaquin County.

Pastor Toby believes in the absolute sufficiency of the Word of God as reflected in Joshua 1:8:  "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it.  For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success"
